Job Title: Pest Control Route Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Pest Control Route Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage service technicians, and ensure consistent, high-quality pest control services. This role is responsible for route efficiency, technician performance, regulatory compliance, and maintaining company standards across all accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize daily service routes to ensure efficiency and completion
  • Supervise, train, and coach pest control technicians in the field
  • Perform routine ride-alongs and quality assurance inspections on technician routes
  • Ensure technicians are completing services properly, thoroughly, and according to company standards
  • Review and approve service notes for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation per unit/property
  • Monitor company vehicles and ensure proper use and care of company-issued equipment
  • Ensure all technicians maintain and properly use required PPE at all times
  • Verify and track technicians continuing education hours to ensure compliance with licensing requirements
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure all services are performed in compliance with safety regulations, pesticide labels, and company policies
  • Monitor technician timecards for accuracy and compliance
  • Track performance metrics such as callbacks, route completion, and productivity
  • Maintain inventory levels, equipment readiness, and vehicle organization
  • Communicate effectively with office staff and field technicians
Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of pest control industry experience required
  • 2+ years of Pest Control Route Manager experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to hold employees accountable and enforce company standards
  • In-depth knowledge of pest control methods, materials, and safety regulations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially with documentation and scheduling
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Branch 2 Field Representative or Operator License (California)
  • Experience managing multiple technicians and service routes
  • Familiarity with pest control software systems
