Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our Miami and/or Ft. Lauderdale. This is an opportunity to learn Personal Injury, at the premier Plaintiff PI firm in the country. Our Pre-Suit Attorney's make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success. Work alongside world-class lawyers that are looking to mentor and advise Attorney's who are new to the field.
Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day handling of allpre-litigation work
  • Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
  • Guide clients through the case process
  • Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
  • Complete TD approval for liability issues
  • Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
  • Manage the release approval process
  • Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
  • Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive
  • Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
  • EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements
  • Law degree from a fully accredited law school
  • An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
  • 2+ years of personal injury experience
  • Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
  • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
