Job description

Bilingual Pre-Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Pre-Litigation Paralegal to support a busy Personal Injury practice. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable managing a high-volume caseload, and confident communicating with clients throughout the life of a pre-suit claim.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through demand and settlement.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, and next steps.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers, adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in the claim.
  • Request, organize, and review medical records, bills, police reports, insurance information, and supporting documentation.
  • Track client treatment, outstanding records, liens, and other case-related deadlines.
  • Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files within the firm's case management system.
  • Work closely with attorneys and team members to move cases forward efficiently and provide a strong client experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior Personal Injury experience, preferably on the plaintiff side.
  • Strong Pre-Litigation / Pre-Suit case management experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients who may be dealing with stressful or difficult circumstances.
  • Experience preparing Personal Injury demand packages is strongly preferred.

Location

Candidates located near Coral Springs, FL, Boca Raton, FL, or Phoenix, AZ who can commute to the office are preferred.

Remote candidates outside these markets may also be considered if they have a strong, proven background in Pre-Litigation Personal Injury case management.
