Position is in-office
Locations: Boca Raton and Coral Springs, FL
The Paralegal position will focus on assisting attorneys with cases to ensure the efficient
and timely progression of the different stages of litigation. Ideal candidate will have personal injury
knowledge and also Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is required.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients from the beginning of the case.
• Coordinating medical records
• Prepare demand packages and manage legal documents, correspondence
and regulations
• Assist attorneys in pre-litigation activities
• Identify, research, and analyze relevant laws and legal issues
• Track case progress and deadlines and update attorneys accordingly
• Utilize Filevine case management software (strongly preferred) and database systems to organize and manage case information
Qualifications/Skills required:
• Three years of personal injury pre-litigation paralegal experience preferred, but not required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Self-starter with extreme attention to detail and accuracy
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to case management
• Ability to handle large and complex caseloads
• Bilingual Fluency in English/Spanish
Must be diligent and positive worker, able to work in a team atmosphere, positive, self-starter and eager
to learn and advance. Pay is commensurate with experience with bonus opportunities. Insurance
Benefits after 90-day probationary period.
MUST have law firm experience. Personal Injury experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 and up depending on experience along with a monthly bonus
