Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (Pre-Litigation)

Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal, Pre-Litigation (BILINGUAL - MUST SPEAK SPANISH)

Location: Onsite in Chamblee, GA 

Salary: $60-65K base salary 

Our team is committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to injury victims, and we are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to support our attorneys and clients throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and third parties in both English and Spanish.
  • Obtain, review, and organize medical records, billing records, wage loss documentation, and other case-related evidence.
  • Draft demand packages, correspondence, and other case documentation.
  • Monitor client treatment progress and ensure case files remain updated and organized.
  • Investigate claims and gather supporting documentation to establish liability and damages.
  • Assist attorneys in evaluating cases and negotiating settlements with insurance carriers.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding records and bills, and ensure timely case progression.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and updates within the case management system.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the life of the claim.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years of experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases on the plaintiff side.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury claims, insurance practices, medical records, and settlement processes.
  • Experience obtaining and reviewing medical records, liens, and billing documentation.
  • Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail and client-focused service.
