MacGillis Law Group is a Personal Injury law firm that is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Elm Grove office to join our Personal Injury Team. The position’s focus is to ensure the workflow of cases is occurring while auditing the files to ensure they are complete. The position will also help to expedite resolving bottlenecks and will monitor and flag case progress to ensure cases are meeting established stage deadlines.


The key responsibilities of this role will be to ensure records are received and will handle follow up after the initial request. The person will complete medical records summaries, lien reconciliation and negotiation, manage the lifecycle of cases to ensure timely progression, maintain bottleneck reporting, help to facilitate AI integration and optimization, and will collaborate on policy development and administrative updates to systems.


We are looking for an individual who has 2 years minimum of personal injury experience with 5 years preferred. Must have excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Experience required in reviewing liability and medical records and negotiating liens and facilitating settlement documentation. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment.
