• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their presenting issues, therapeutic history, and personal goals in order to formulate tailored treatment strategies.
• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy using therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and narrative therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to adapt to clients’ evolving needs.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with clients, ensuring an open line of communication to foster trust, growth, and commitment to the therapeutic process.
• Maintain confidentiality in all client interactions and follow ethical guidelines and industry standards throughout therapeutic practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training, ensuring adherence to best practices and the latest methodologies in mental health treatment.
• Establish a therapeutic alliance with clients, facilitating a supportive and safe atmosphere for discussing personal challenges and fostering resilience.
• Provide practical guidance and support to clients as they navigate challenges in life, encouraging them to articulate their goals and work towards positive change.

Your work will primarily involve a diverse clientele who may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. You'll be an integral part of our team, delivering care to individuals undergoing detoxification, individuals dealing with complex emotional issues, and families seeking to improve their dynamics. Your contributions will directly impact each client’s journey toward healing and self-improvement.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a preference for background in private practice.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with empathy and an understanding approach toward clients.

• Experience in telehealth services or remote therapeutic practices is highly valued.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic models like CBT, DBT, or Family Systems Theory.
• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in a clinical setting.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, along with a performance-based sign-on bonus.
