• Conduct comprehensive and sensitive assessments to fully understand clients' histories, presenting issues, and personal treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic support through individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and progress.

The social worker will primarily engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing terminal illnesses, families grappling with grief, and couples encountering relational strife. This role is integral in helping clients not only manage challenging emotional responses but also facilitate constructive conversations about their experiences, expectations, and goals in the context of hospice care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting, ideally within a private practice or hospice environment.
• Demonstrated clinical skills encompassing assessment, treatment planning, and the effective implementation of therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills, alongside empathy and interpersonal attributes conducive to building meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Experience in hospice care, palliative services, or chronic illness management is preferred, as this will enhance the clinician's understanding of the client population and their distinct needs. Familiarity with telehealth practices and innovative therapy technologies is also advantageous in this remote work setting.
