Sales Development Representative and Business Development Representative job openings (several openings) remote home office based for our Los Angeles / Newport Beach area Training & Coaching client, for applicants willing and able to operate on Pacific Time hours.To be an ideal candidate and requested for an interview, we need you to have experience, abilities and achievements in all of the following areas:
  • Presenting to warm inbound leads who applied for this training
  • Closing on the same call initial 60 minute call
  • Outbound calling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Data entry
  • CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to priortize
  • Organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to follow process and procedures
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet and exceed set goals

Our Sales Experts work 5 days per week full time and will include working on a Saturday or Sunday, conducting back-to-back "strategy sessions" over zoom each day with potential clients. During these pre-set appointments our Senior Program Experts enroll clients into our personal development and coaching certification programs.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a recession-proof industry where you can work from home. You will only be working with warm leads, so no cold calling, where you will be selling personal development programs and life coaching certifications.
This is a commission only role, working remotely from home where Sales Experts are earning $120K in the first year.Top earners are making $250K+ in these roles.
