What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in personal development and leadership education
• Conduct introductory phone and Zoom conversations
• Learn about each individual’s goals, interests and professional aspirations
• Share information about established educational programs and resources
• Follow up with interested individuals and guide them through the information process
• Develop your communication, leadership and business skills through ongoing training
• Participate in a global professional community focused on personal growth and continued development
• Build and manage your activities independently using established systems and resources

The Opportunity

This is a self-employed independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional salaried employment position.

You will operate independently using an established business model within the personal development and leadership education industry.

The model is centred around established educational programs, digital learning and live events, with ongoing training, mentorship and access to a global professional community.

Compensation is performance-based and reflects individual activity and results. There is no fixed salary or guaranteed income.

The opportunity is remote and offers flexibility in when and where you work, while requiring consistent self-directed activity.
