Position Summary


As a Personal Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Rental Operations Team by conducting property inspections, assisting homeowners and guests, coordinating property-related needs, and performing a variety of administrative and office support functions. Qualifications


To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • One to two years of customer service, hospitality, administrative, or related experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Track PMS or similar property management software is preferred
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background screening
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Requirements


Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, sitting, walking, standing, driving, bending, and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs., reading, comprehension, analytical thinking, problem solving, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.

Machines/Equipment/Licenses: Reliable transportation, with valid, active NC driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines); computers, copiers, all office equipment.ย 


Work Environment: Office work with exposure to outside weather conditions, as warranted; climbing flights of steps inside and out, fast paced, at times mentally strenuous; shifting priorities due to changing needs and situations with little to no notice, maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic, walking in soft sand.
