The Geriatric Department at Person Memorial Hospital offers RNs a supportive, patient-focused environment where teamwork and high-quality care are at the center of everything they do. Nurses care for a diverse patient population, build strong clinical skills, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams in a department that values professional growth, compassion, and meaningful patient connections.

As a vital member of our Geriatric Team, you will:

You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Use your clinical judgment and critical thinking to guide plan-of-care interventions.
  • Support and enhance patient outcomes across various intensive care units.

Whatwe'relooking for:To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
  • Minimum Two (2) years of RN experience required.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)

Schedule: Full-Time Day 3x12
