Job description

Central Texas Family Medicine | Medical Directorship Position | Between Dallas and Austin

 

Position:

  • Fulltime Family Medicine outpatient position, with Mid-level supervision, and clinical directorship
  • System has three clinics; you will office and clinic at one location
  • Average 12-18 patients per day in clinic, work out of 2-3 exam rooms with 2 assistants
  • Must be comfortable seeing all ages
  • Meet with Mid-Levels 1x a month, and have 10% oversite of their narcotic refills
  • Ability to be flexible with schedule
  • System does not have inpatient units, no ER or inpatient coverage

Offering:

  • Base salary of $255,000 - $275,000, with an additional $30,000 a year for Clinic Directorship, Antibiotic Stewardship, and mid-level supervision
  • Sign on bonus, relocation, student loan forgiveness, CE and more
  • Comprehensive benefit package
  • 4–5-day work week of 3-4 days patient care, 1 day admin and supervision

Location:

  • 17,000-person county with 80,000 service population
  • 35 minutes to 150,000-person community with Division 1 University
  • 35 minutes to 80,000-person community with great public and private school systems
  • Ability to own land in the area, or live in a downtown
