What You'll Do

As the Overnight House Supervisor (RN), you'll provide nursing leadership while supporting clinical operations throughout the facility.

You'll help ensure residents receive exceptional care while coaching staff, promoting teamwork, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership during overnight operations
  • Support nursing staff and direct care teams throughout each shift
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and clinical best practices
  • Promote high standards of resident care, hygiene, safety, and documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and leadership to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Support individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions
  • Respond to clinical situations while providing guidance and coaching to staff
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, trauma-informed treatment environment
  • Monitor compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a compassionate nurse leader who enjoys mentoring others and making a meaningful difference every day.

Required Qualifications
  • Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • At least 21 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience
  • Experience working with adolescents
  • Leadership or charge nurse experience
  • Knowledge of child and adolescent development
  • Missouri Driver's License

  • Full-Time
  • Overnight Shift
  • 12-Hour Shifts
