Role Overview

The Secondary Perimeter / Auxiliary Staff Supervisor is responsible for leading Team Members assigned to the stadium perimeter. This role ensures all perimeter areas remain secure, staffed, and aligned with Argus standards while supporting a safe, professional, and efficient event environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee perimeter staff to ensure proper coverage and adherence to security protocols

  • Maintain a visible, professional presence across all assigned areas

  • Provide real-time coaching, training, and support to Team Members

  • Ensure no unauthorized access occurs outside designated entry points

  • Build strong working relationships with Guest Services and Law Enforcement

  • Confirm Team Members understand assignments and can direct guests effectively

  • Communicate clearly via radio with command, management, and staff

  • Uphold all Argus policies, procedures, and operational expectations

  • Address issues proactively to support smooth event execution
