Role Overview
The Secondary Perimeter / Auxiliary Staff Supervisor is responsible for leading Team Members assigned to the stadium perimeter. This role ensures all perimeter areas remain secure, staffed, and aligned with Argus standards while supporting a safe, professional, and efficient event environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee perimeter staff to ensure proper coverage and adherence to security protocols
Maintain a visible, professional presence across all assigned areas
Provide real-time coaching, training, and support to Team Members
Ensure no unauthorized access occurs outside designated entry points
Build strong working relationships with Guest Services and Law Enforcement
Confirm Team Members understand assignments and can direct guests effectively
Communicate clearly via radio with command, management, and staff
Uphold all Argus policies, procedures, and operational expectations
Address issues proactively to support smooth event execution
