Job Summary:
Perfumes Los Angeles is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team! You'll be key in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a welcoming store environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized recommendations. Handle challenging situations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets using effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Order Processing: Manage orders from start to finish, including taking, packing, labeling, and releasing them.
  • Stock Management: Receive and prepare new stock, maintain displays, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep displays clean and attractive, and perform routine cleaning.
