Job Description:

The SAP Performance test analyst will be a part of the Finance Systems Roadmap (FSR) project team. FSR is a multi-year initiative to replace aging and loosely integrated financial management systems with a single source of high-quality and accurate data called eLedger, an SAP product. The eLedger platform has many automated processes, from inbound processing of transactions from hundreds of applications to internal processing of payment and depreciation to data delivery to hundreds more downstream applications.


Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 year experience in performance test. Not only the front end test but also requires experience with batch performance test required.

Expertise in Loadrunner OR C# programming/Visual Studio test manager expertise (Visual studio, C# programming skill preferred)

Self driven and motivator to get the task done.

Banking finance experiences a plus.

MUST have SAP experience on collecting and understanding performance data from ECC OR BW OR BPC OR Netweaver workbench via Solution manager/Introscope/Sitescope.

Must be able to collect requirements and be able to produce detailed test plan, test scenarios, and test cases.

Must have good understanding of relationship between general system capacity and system resource utilization vs. workload.

Ability to monitor and collect result data, analyze and pinpoint bottlenecks and guide developers and other in fixing performance issues.

Understanding of web/app/db layers , network infrastructure

Database knowledge, indexes, and SQL optimization techniques


Responsibilities:

Analyze performance requirements for load, stress, endurance, spike, capacity etc.

Write load/performance test cases and test scripts

Execute load/performance test cases and scripts

Log and track load/performance problems

Prepare reports of testing results to be reviewed by the requester.
