About the Role:

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple channels within HVAC and Plumbing industry. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and impactful campaigns. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and management of trade shows and events to maximize brand exposure and generate qualified leads. They will also be responsible for creating and managing marketing collateral that effectively communicates the brand’s value proposition to diverse audiences. Ultimately, this position requires a strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with sales, product, and creative departments to deliver measurable marketing results.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with lead generation in a must.
  • Proven experience in channel marketing and managing trade shows or large-scale events.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in marketing or an MBA.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
  • Background in B2B marketing within the United States market.
  • Demonstrated success in brand marketing and marketing communications.
  • Certification in marketing or project management (e.g., PMP, CIM).
