Title: Performance and Tracking Program Specialist
Classification: Non-Exempt

Salary: $50,000/year
Scope of Position: The Performance and Tracking Program Specialist will receive guidance and direction from the Performance Manager and Area Managers and any newly designated special projects and/or special initiatives under Performance and Tracking. The Program Specialist supports Workforce Solutions operations by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program data across all service lines. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, generating performance insights, and supporting data-informed decision-making.
Essential Functions:
Enter, review, and validate customer records, case notes, and service data in internal systems
Perform cross-system audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Develop and run system queries to support program operations and performance tracking
Generate data reports and dashboards to support internal reviews and program analysis
Support compliance monitoring efforts by preparing documentation and assisting with corrective actions
Collaborate with program and operations teams to improve data collection processes and protocols
Ensure data governance standards are upheld in alignment with board and regulatory requirements
Leverage technology tools to streamline documentation, reduce errors, and improve reporting efficiency

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, information systems, data management, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
At least 2 years of experience in data entry, reporting, auditing, or performance tracking

Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
