Job description

Are you a driven college student eager to make a real impact at a cutting-edge technology company? Xometry's Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the manufacturing industry.

What You'll Do:

As a Partner Management Intern Intern at Xometry, you'll be at the forefront of driving partner performance and strategy through providing analysis and cross functional work relating to our partner network. You can expect to work in an environment that encourages entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on experience across functional areas. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Support partner relationships: Assist with onboarding, communication, and day-to-day support of Xometry's manufacturing partners to ensure smooth collaboration.

  • Data tracking & analysis: Help monitor partner performance metrics such as quality, lead time, and capacity, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.

  • Cross-functional coordination: Work with supply chain, quality, and operations teams to help resolve issues, document processes, and strengthen partner engagement.

The ideal candidate will be pursuing degrees in: Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics etc.

What We're Looking For:

  • Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027, with a minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 8 - August 14, 2026)
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results
  • Legal Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States
  • Location Requirement: Ability to commute to our Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week
  • Provide Unofficial Transcript 

The estimated base pay rate for new hires into this role is $23.00 per hour depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location. This is a temporary position.
