This role focuses on managing and optimizing business performance in Plano, Texas. The role will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor market trends and competitive initiatives to inform business strategy.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.
Skills and Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in business or finance.
- Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
