  • Manage timelines, milestones, and task completion for Feedback Tool development and other business-process automation projects from initiation through implementation and adoption.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, developers, and leadership to define requirements, build project plans, and track dependencies.
  • Identify and manage project risks, facilitate decisions, and document outcomes, owners, and next steps.
  • Provide consistent, executive-level communication on project status, risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones.
  • Collaborate with virtual Mining and Oil & Gas team members as well as onsite teammates in Alpharetta; occasional travel for in-person meetings.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred 5-7 years of project management experience (PMP-level) OR
  • Associate's degree will be considered with 8-10 years of project management experience.
Top Skills
  • Cross-Functional Project Planning and Execution: Demonstrated ability to convert business needs into structured project plans, establish milestones and ownership, monitor dependencies and risks, and drive projects to completion across multiple functional teams.

  • Business-Process Automation and Improvement: Experience supporting business-process improvement or automation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing coordination, implementation planning, change management, and user adoption.
Additional Technical SkillsRequired
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications for project documentation, presentations, collaboration, and status reporting.
  • Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, milestone plans, action-item logs, risk and issue logs, and executive-level status reports.
  • Experience creating or interpreting process maps and workflow documentation using Visio or a comparable tool.
  • Ability to organize project information in a shared collaboration environment.
Desired
  • Experience managing projects involving Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, databases, workflow systems, or comparable business-automation technologies.
  • Ability to interpret dashboard information and work with developers or analysts to define meaningful status and performance measures.
  • Familiarity with requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, implementation readiness, change control, and solution adoption.

  • Works effectively without direct authority over project participants.
  • Produces concise, accurate, and dependable project documentation.
