Fitness Director 
Workout Anytime – Lafayette TN

The Opportunity
The Fitness Director is a sales and leadership position responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performing Personal Training department.
Mission of the Role
  • Drive Personal Training revenue growth
  • Build and lead a team of high-performing coaches
  • Deliver an elite client experience that drives retention
  • Execute systems that produce consistent results
What You’ll Be Responsible For
 1. Personal Training Sales & Revenue (Primary Focus)
  • Lead all PT sales and client conversions
  • Drive Personal Training Experiences (PTEs) and Kickstart sessions
  • Own monthly PT revenue performance
  • Coach trainers on sales, objections, and closing
  • Partner with GM to convert new members into PT clients
2. Client Experience & Retention
  • Ensure all clients are onboarded and serviced properly
  • Monitor attendance, engagement, and retention
  • Resolve member concerns, delinquents, and cancellations
  • Maintain a high-level client experience
 3. Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–7 trainers
  • Conduct daily check-ins, roleplay, and weekly performance reviews
  • Run monthly team trainings (sales, anatomy, retention)
  • Hold coaches accountable to performance standards
 4. Operations & Execution
  • Maintain accurate schedules, reporting, and systems
  • Track production daily and submit required reports
  • Ensure compliance with all company systems and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and brand standards

Requirements
  • Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.) or ability to obtain within 6 months
