The Opportunity:

You will play a pivotal role in accelerating the nationwide footprint of a rapidly growing home service franchise brand. Working directly alongside our Executive Team, you will guide motivated entrepreneurs and investors from their first inquiry to their official Activation Day. This remote position offers high-impact responsibility, direct executive mentorship, and an uncapped bonus structure.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Guide prospective franchise candidates seamlessly through our step-by-step discovery pipeline.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with national franchise consultants to support candidate referrals.
  • Manage daily candidate communications across phone, text, email, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Coordinate executive schedules, virtual discovery meetings, and high-impact VIP Pre-Activation events.
  • Utilize and update our proprietary CRM system to ensure precise data tracking and pipeline movement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine candidate follow-up strategies and recruitment marketing assets.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • You reside in the Greater Chattanooga, Tennessee area and can attend local corporate meetings and VIP events.
  • You possess a dedicated, quiet home workspace equipped with high-speed internet.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and feel highly confident speaking with professional investors.
  • You demonstrate outstanding organizational capabilities and can manage multiple priorities independently.
  • You are self-motivated, dependable, and thrive in an autonomous remote work environment.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
