Position Summary

Theย Performance Dining Supervisorย is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Performance Dining, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient operations, and high-quality food and beverage offerings. This position supervises front-of-house team members, maintains operational standards, supports inventory, and fosters a positive team environment. The Performance Dining Supervisor works closely with management to deliver an outstanding guest experience while maintaining food safety, sanitation, and company standards.ย 

This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00-$26.00

Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).

This position will remain open until October 23, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of Performance Dining, ensuring efficient and effective service.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members, including cashiers, hostesses, food service attendants, and support staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance coaching of staff.
  • Oversee opening, closing, and shift change procedures.
  • Monitor labor costs and staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Ensure the dining hall is clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing throughout each shift.
  • Support the preparation and execution of catering orders or special events as needed.
  • Collaborate with culinary and management teams to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Complete daily operational reports and communicate shift updates to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of food and beverage or hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience in high-volume food service, cafe, coffee shop, or quick-service restaurant operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent guest interaction.
