Performance/Data Analyst I

Location: Washington, DC Metro Area
Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance
Employment Type: Full-Time
*Ccontingent on Contract Award

Overview

Strategic Technology Institute (STi) is seeking a Performance/Data Analyst I to support the Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in support of the Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF).

This role supports data analysis, reporting, dashboard maintenance, and Management Information System (MIS) operations supporting interagency investigative and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Support collection, validation, and analysis of operational and performance data
  • Assist with Tableau dashboard updates and reporting
  • Execute SQL, Python, and Excel-based data analysis tasks
  • Support development of reports, charts, and statistical summaries
  • Assist with data integration and ETL processes
  • Monitor data quality and assist with issue tracking and remediation
  • Support quarterly reporting and operational metrics analysis
  • Document data processes and business rules
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced federal environment
  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal government programs
  • Experience with Tableau dashboards or data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with law enforcement, investigative, or operational datasets
