As a Per Diem State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you'll enjoy a high degree of flexibility in your work schedule, often choosing shifts that fit your availability. These roles are common in hospitals, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities. While per diem STNAs may receive higher hourly pay than full-time staff, they typically do not receive benefits like health insurance or paid time off.
