Registered Nurse (RN) โ€“ Long-Term Care (LTC)

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. Key duties include assessing resident health status, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring changes in condition, and collaborating with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. The RN supervises and supports nursing assistants and other nursing staff while ensuring compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and quality standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, compassionate resident-centered care, and effective communication skills.
