As an Overnight RN or LPN, you'll ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night. You'll use your clinical expertise to assess resident needs, administer medications and treatments, respond to changes in condition, and work closely with the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy building relationships, working independently, and providing compassionate care in a calm and supportive environment.
What You'll Do
  • Provide skilled nursing care during overnight hours
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
  • Complete nursing assessments and documentation accurately and timely
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and other team members
  • Support CNAs and CMAs in delivering exceptional resident care
  • Ensure resident comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night
  • Maintain compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For
Current active Nebraska RN or LPN license required and must be in good standing
