Our facility operates Monday through Saturday, providing in-house credentialing and full support for managing insurance participation and appointment scheduling. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to inform tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based approaches and adhering closely to best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in active communication with interdisciplinary team members to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, promoting integrated care.
• Deliver timely documentation of assessment and treatment progress, ensuring adherence to ethical and departmental standards.
• Provide case management support by collaborating with community resources and healthcare professionals to facilitate holistic care solutions for patients.
• Employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods and various other therapeutic modalities to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals effectively.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present an array of psychological challenges. Your role will be critical in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, providing support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. You will have the opportunity to tailor your therapeutic approach based on client needs, preferences, and progress.

• Must possess current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Georgia.
• Strong commitment to providing empathetic, culturally competent care that respects the individuality of each client.
• A willingness to work between 10 to 40 hours per week or more, ensuring availability to accommodate client needs.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a comparable mental health setting is preferred, showcasing a history of effective therapeutic practices.
• Prior experience with electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy platforms is advantageous.
• Specialization in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR will be considered a valuable asset.
