• Serve as a clinician, establishing rapport and trust with clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both in the office and within community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to advance shared goals, fostering an environment of support and respect for diverse traditions and beliefs.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings for clients, arranging for deeper assessments as needed to address their complex needs.
• Design and implement integrated care plans, ensuring effective communication among clients, their families, and healthcare providers to promote holistic support.
• Provide a range of services, including prevention, treatment, and recovery interventions, focused on clients' presenting issues and empower them in their healing process.
• Assist in crisis intervention situations and manage a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor client progress, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of treatment services, meetings, and outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development to improve clinical skills and enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Participate in organizational committees aimed at improving service delivery and overall patient experience.

This role focuses on supporting a diverse client population within the context of a school environment, serving students from various backgrounds who may be facing mental health challenges. The LCSW will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate their experiences, fostering resilience and promoting mental well-being through direct interaction and community engagement.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health settings, preferably working with under-served populations.
• License to practice as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all professional interactions.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
