JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time inpatient experience as a NICU RN (most recent experience within the last year).
  • Flu shot, fit testing, and TB screening required.
  • Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care.
  • Strong familiarity with managing ventilators, managing CPAP/BIPAP, assisting during bedside procedures such as fetal intubation and midline/central line placement, and managing incubators.
