MetTel is seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our team!
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ยท Gather invoices from vendors by calling and requesting invoices

ยท Insert billing data into expense management system

ยท Detailed data keyed into the expense management system

ยท Complete required account level changes within expense management system

ยท Download invoices from vendor portals and load into expense management system

ยท Keep information confidential

QUALIFICATIONS:

ยท 2+ years in data entry

ยท Utilities or Telecommunications experience a plus

ยท Experience with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, and MS Teams)

ยท Experience with web portals

ยท Ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

ยท Great attention to detail

ยท Positive can-do attitude

ยท High School Diploma or equivalent
