Job Overview

NCW is hiring experienced Crane Operators for projects in North Dakota and Minnesota. Operators will run crawler cranes including Manitowoc MLC 300 or Link-Belt 248 (200-ton LBC) on precast and heavy construction projects.


Opportunity for North Dakota project - operator can travel with a rigger.
Initial projects are 3 months with strong potential for long-term, nationwide work.


Job Duties

• Operate crawler cranes (Manitowoc MLC 300 or Link-Belt 248) safely and efficiently
• Perform lifts for precast and heavy construction materials
• Work closely with riggers and ground crew for safe lift execution
• Read load charts and follow lift plans
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety standards


Requirements

• NCCCO Certification (required)
• Proven experience operating crawler cranes (200-ton class preferred)
• Precast experience
• Ability to travel and work alongside assigned rigger (ND projects)
• Strong knowledge of load charts and safe lifting practices
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week
• Reliable and safety-focused
