Job description

We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly organized executive assistant to play a key role in our growing team. This is an in-office (not remote) position. You’ll be responsible for assisting our high-level executives with administrative duties such as answering phone calls, sorting and delivering mail, greeting clients at the door, typing documents, and managing our office filing system. Compensation:

$20 - $23 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive
  • Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive
  • Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies
  • Schedule appointments for attorneys with clients
  • Type estate plan documents per attorney's notes and instructions
  • Coordinate with clients

Qualifications:
  • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
