As a Transportation Associate Coordinator (Part-Time), you will play a critical role in supporting our transportation and logistics operations in Casa Grande, AZ. This position serves as a key point of contact for drivers and internal teams, helping ensure efficient dispatch activities, accurate documentation, and smooth day-to-day transportation operations. Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers, carriers, and transportation partners.
  • Support daily dispatch operations and transportation coordination activities.
  • Manage driver check-ins and assist with issue resolution throughout the shift.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain transportation and shipment documentation.
  • Track operational metrics and maintain accurate records using Excel, SAP, and other business systems.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, and transportation leadership to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and update transportation reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
  • Support administrative functions related to logistics and transportation activities.
  • Escalate operational issues as needed and assist in driving timely resolutions.
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and transportation standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on service, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100.

  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
