A PeopleSoft Functional Analyst is a professional who specializes in the implementation, configuration, and support of PeopleSoft enterprise applications, such as Human Resources, Finance, or Supply Chain modules. They serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and designing solutions to optimize the use of PeopleSoft systems. Their role often involves troubleshooting issues, performing system testing, and providing user training and documentation. PeopleSoft Functional Analysts ensure that the software meets organizational needs and complies with industry best practices.
