Job description

HCM Functional Analyst(s)
HCM Functional Analyst includes the following resources:
(1) Analyst - Payroll & Education (Full-time)
(2) Senior Analyst (Full-time)
b. Background Information:
(1) The HCM Support team supports four (4) payroll cycles per month for more than 4,400 employees. Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules are used to calculate payable time. Data is passed to Central Payroll's mainframe system for actual payments.
(2) The HCM Support team provides 1st and 2nd tier user support for all Peoplesoft HR and Enterprise Learning modules. During the previous calendar year, the HCM Support Team resolved 587 service tickets.
Scope of Work
(1) Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
(2) Define and capture business requirements.
(3) Provide design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates.
(4) Provide 2nd tier production support.
(5) Perform system configuration, testing, and reporting.
(6) Develop system documentation to include, but not limited to, the following: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
(7) Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.
Minimum Qualifications
(1) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, as determined by the AOC.
(2) Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
(3) Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, PS Query reporting, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities
(1) Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
(2) Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, PS Query reporting, CI, and Process Scheduler.
(3) Experience with the following:
i PeopleSoft upgrades and testing.
ii PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
iii AWE/Workflow.
(4) Expert level knowledge of the following:
i SDLC methodology and processes.
(5) Ability to provide expert customer service and production support.
