The Trust Administrator works closely with senior team members to manage client accounts, address client needs, and support a consistent and compliant client experience. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Fiduciary Account Administration: Supports the administration of trust accounts in accordance with governing documents, applicable laws, and organizational policies, ensuring alignment with fiduciary standards.
  • Account Oversight and Review: Reviews documents and account activity for accuracy and completeness, monitors transactions, and submits actions for approval as appropriate.
  • Client Support: Responds to client, beneficiary, and advisor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution of routine requests.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Ensures adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Issue Resolution: Partners with senior team members to address client issues, including distribution requests, fee inquiries, and account-related matters.
  • Account Lifecycle Management: Assists with account openings and closings, ensuring proper documentation, asset transfers, and accurate setup of account and tax reporting information.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Works closely with internal teams and senior administrators to support account management and client service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Participates in initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery to clients.
  • Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned, adapting to new tasks or shifts in priorities as necessary to support your team’s and the company’s mission.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in trust administration, financial services, or a related client service role.

TRUST ADMINISTRATOR TOTAL BASE PAY RANGE

Trust Administrator Total Base Pay Range 71,100.00 - 145,900.00 USD Annual At Fifth Third, we understand the importance of recognizing our employees for the role they play in improving the lives of our customers, communities and each other.
