Job description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is in partnership with a prominent client in Bluffton, IN in the Manufacturing, injection molding business.
Key Responsibilities (Press Operator/Assembly)
  • Production & Machine Operation: Operating structural foam presses and handling extrusion machinery.
  • Finishing Work: Trimming flash, removing sprues, and assembling molded plastic products.
  • Quality Inspection: Inspecting finished parts for defects.
  • Packaging & Shipping: Packaging and stacking finished products.
  • Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized work area. [1]

Qualifications & Physical Requirements
  • Physical Strength: Ability to stand for 12 hours and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
