Job description

Project & Field Coordination

  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic records of daily construction crew activities
  • Serve as a communication bridge between field crews, office staff, and at times customers
  • Support project/production managers with scheduling, updates, and tracking project progress
  • Ownership of internal software data for landscape production crews 


Purchasing & Job Tracking

  • Enter and manage purchase orders and job-related data in internal systems
  • Communicate with the purchasing team regarding material needs, availability, and delivery timelines
  • Assist in tracking job costs, change orders, and accurate job data 

Pre-Construction Support

  • Assist with construction takeoffs and bid preparation
  • Support estimators and project managers with documentation and data organization

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files for compliance and accessibility
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and general administrative tasks


Qualifications

Required

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 2+ years of experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred

  • Experience with construction management or job costing software
