Bilingual Construction Recruiter (English/Spanish REQUIRED)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ | Full-Time, On-Site

CGS Global is growing quickly and we need a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Construction Recruiter who can move fast, manage high-volume hiring, and keep multiple job orders filled. If you have construction recruiting experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you immediately.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire skilled construction workers across multiple trades
  • Post jobs, source candidates, and manage high-volume pipelines
  • Complete onboarding: I-9s, E-Verify, compliance documentation
  • Support multiple clients and job orders at once
  • Screen applicants, answer calls, and maintain accurate records
  • Update spreadsheets, logs, and ATS entries

Requirements
  • Bilingual REQUIRED: English & Spanish
  • Construction recruiting experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with TempWorks or similar ATS systems
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work with urgency
