Job description

Construction Scheduler

Skillforce has teamed up with one of the leading commercial fence companies to find a Construction Scheduler to work on commercial fence projects out of their Chantilly, VA office. This is a full-time position with this company.

Construction Scheduler Responsibilities
  • Maintain schedule spreadsheet

  • Contact customer to coordinate installation timing

  • Answer incoming calls related to scheduling

  • Coordinate between sales and installation on scheduling and relevant job related information and paperwork

  • Track job progress for coordination with billing

Construction Scheduler Qualifications
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably scheduling

  • Must have an understanding of the scope of work regarding commercial fencing projects

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to other computer software

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
