Job Summary:

The People Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting people and talent acquisition data to support business strategy and HR initiatives. This role will assist in designing and developing dashboards, delivering reports to various business functions, and contributing to HR projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and an interest in people analytics.

** This role requires on-site presence at one of our offices located in Sunnyvale, CA;Pittsburgh, PA; Draper, UT; Toronto, CAN; Argentina

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze people data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Use creative problem-solving to inform business strategy and HR initiatives.

Dashboard Design & Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to present data insights clearly and effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other business units to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.

Process Documentation: Outline, document, and refine processes related to data analytics, including data sharing, usage, and related use cases.

HR Project Contribution: Support HR projects such as Employee Listening, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning by providing data-driven insights and analysis.

Data Architecture & Compliance: Implement improvements to data architecture and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding data collection and sharing.

Training & Best Practices: Lead training sessions for users on best practices for utilizing people data and data visualization tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Ad Hoc Data Requests: Manage ad-hoc data requests from various stakeholders and develop self-service solutions to improve efficiency and accessibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, ability to create complex formulas, pivot-tables, lookups, etc.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Familiarity with people and talent acquisition data, including understanding HR metrics and KPIs.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various business functions.

Experience in outlining and documenting data processes and use cases.

Understanding of data compliance and regulatory requirements related to data collection and sharing.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to ad hoc data requests efficiently.

Knowledge and experience with SQL is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off, a comprehensive well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option.

Base Pay Ranges:

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 92,800.00 - 136,070.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 75,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 68,600.00 - 100,650.00 USD
