We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent for our clients. You will also be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work culture for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best candidates

- Create and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and retention

- Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression
