This is a strong opportunity for an early-career professional who wants to build real expertise in People Analytics, Workday, and AI-enabled HR. You will work on problems that matter, see your work used by HR and business leaders, and develop skills that are in high demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual reporting and administrative processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, prompts, and workflows that improve team productivity.

HR Reporting and Analytics

  • Build, maintain, and enhance workforce dashboards covering headcount, turnover, hiring activity, and related metrics; analyze trends and surface insights for HR and business leaders.
  • Support recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and data requests from HR and business leaders.
  • Create visualizations and slide-ready summaries that help leaders act on workforce data.

Workday Reporting and Data Management

  • Partner with HR Operations and HRIS teams to improve data quality and reporting effectiveness.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Support ongoing enhancements to HR reporting processes and data management practices.

External Reporting and Surveys

  • Coordinate and complete workforce-related data requests and questionnaires, including ESG reporting, annual census submissions, and customer workforce questionnaires.
  • Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Claude, generative AI platforms, or workflow automation tools.
  • Exposure to Workday or other HRIS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboarding or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Internship or professional experience in HR, analytics, or a data-adjacent role.
  • Interest in People Analytics, HR technology, and process improvement.
