Job description

Pegasus Spiele North America is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team! 

Description: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including, shipping/receiving, organization, scheduling, and other tasks. Preparation and shipping of orders both large and small will be the bulk of your duties, as well as regular receiving and organization. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service team members to ensure that necessary orders come and go as efficiently as possible. An eye for efficiency and cost effectiveness are highly valuable in this role.

Duties: 

• Oversee all receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
• Assume responsibility for delivery of all items received by warehouse to proper customers
• Evaluate discrepancies and damages on shipments and take appropriate action
• Maintain an eye for safety, and correct or report all unsafe conditions in the warehouse
• Help to implement operational policies and procedures
• Help to implement and oversee security operations
• Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Work independently & in a team environment
• Proven experience in warehousing operations; previous experience as supervisor or relevant role a plus

• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and company best practices for the warehouse
• Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices, and logistics
