Role Overview: BDR Solutions is seeking a PEGA Developer supporting the implementation of PEGA Deployment Manager Platform and Devops in general.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software
  • Participate as an active member of the scrum team, providing input to team velocity and sprint ceremonies, planning, demonstrations and retrospectives
  • Design and code high quality PEGA deliverables adhering to standards and design principles
  • Follow PEGA coding standards for project use including code reuse from other applications, avoiding customization, design consideration, application naming convention, class structure definition, naming rules, installation considerations, naming and design considerations, interrogating applications, using integration processes, and using automation
  • Work with Testing Technicians to create unit tests and ensure code coverage is met as per the agreed standards
  • Produce quality and timely deliverables
  • Support root cause analysis and resolution for complex issues regarding performance, scaling, and custom configuration
  • Provide input to the Product Operation Manual (POM) and design patterns in collaborating with multiple division teams

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in RPA development
  • Experience in full Pega PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure, design and development
  • Strong experience in Build & Configuration of CI/CD Pipelines in Pega Deployment Manager Platform
  • Strong skill set needed in Pega, Jenkins, Java, REST API, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Strong experience in integration between Jenkins and Pega Deployment Manage platform
  • Experience in using repository tools like Nexus, JFrog and GitHUB etc
  • Knowledge on remote invocation of Jenkins job from UNIX, Windows PowerShell scripts and Pega Deployment Manager
  • Experience and good understanding in any of Cloud like AWS, Azure, PegaCloud
  • Experience in dealing with security controls in DevOps environment
  • Hands on experience with implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment processes (CI/CD) using tools like PDM & Jenkins.
  • Experience with production monitoring, trending, and logging tools for Pega platform
  • PEGA CSA or above, 24.1 readiness cert

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Pega BPM or case management solutions
  • Pega certifications (e.g., Pega Robotics System Architect)
  • SAFe 4 Agilist (SA) or above

The salary compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 depending on location. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance. Individuals may also be subject to a background investigation including, but not limited to criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
