Scope: Large-scale enterprise-wide project to accelerate personalization capabilities across our stack (targeted propensity-driven lists, marketing journey and sales conversion funnels). This role will be sitting within the Engineering function of an agile Project Squad helping identify business needs and translating them into technical solutions across multiple stakeholders.

   In partnership with Technology Delivery and Product partners, lead the backlog refinement, execution and delivery through effective story grooming, UAT planning, technical and business knowledge and stakeholder management.
   Facilitate marketing and GTM (Go-To-Market) requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements and turning them into use cases, business rules, user stories, sequence diagrams and process flows
   Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
   Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
   Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
   Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
   Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
   You will be directing day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with our risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits and communicate it throughout the team
   You will create an environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to risk and compliance

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:


   Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
   8+ years of previous experience as a Business Analyst, experience in large enterprise organizations, FI preferred with a focus on Digital/Marketing/Personalization/MarTech/GTM/Sales Enablement
   1-2+ years of experience with planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement
   Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of end-users.
   Experience working with MarTech platforms including Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, RT-CDP, Target), Pega CDH, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other GTM and Personalization platforms
   Experience with Jira/Confluence(nice to have )
   Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization
   Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate and work closely with external vendors
   Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions
   Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
   Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high-scale project
