Job description

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Pega PRPC 8.x. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega application development, case management, workflow automation, integrations, and Agile delivery. This role requires close collaboration with business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality business process management (BPM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Pega PRPC 8.x.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and configure case types, workflows, data models, user interfaces, activities, decision rules, and business processes.
  • Develop and integrate REST and SOAP web services with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
  • Participate in application design reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and development standards.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability through best development practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while providing production support when required.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and deployment procedures.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful application delivery.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC 8.x application development.
  • Experience designing and configuring case types, workflows, data models, UI components, activities, and business rules.
  • Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of Pega BPM, case management, and application architecture.
  • Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Pega applications for performance and scalability.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
