Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking an organized and proactive Program Manager to support the Electrical Engineering (EE) teams.
This role will bridge design engineering and hardware operations, managing the end-to-end execution - PCBAs build and assembly to eliminate lead-time delays and keep critical hardware milestones on track.
Experience: 3+ years in program management, hardware operations, or component sourcing embedded with EE teams
Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with EE design flows and PCBA manufacturing processes (fabrication, assembly,
and rework).
Execution: Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple tight deadlines simultaneously. Strong organizational skills required.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Vendor & Order Management: Act as the primary interface for fabrication, SMT, and rework vendors; conduct daily check-ins to track orders and pull in schedules.
• PCB Rework Coordination: Coordinate, prioritize, and track engineering rework requests to ensure fast, accurate hardware modifications.
• PO Administration: Navigate internal procurement to initiate and track Purchase Orders (POs) for seamless manufacturing kick-offs.
• Logistics & Material Handling: Manage components, organize allocation, and pick up/ship parts to external partners.
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Electrical Engineers to help them with supplier issues and highlight risks.
Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 a year
