Program Manager – Electronics Manufacturing / PCBA
Location: San Fernando Valley
Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday–Friday, overtime as needed
Salary Range: $90,000 – $125,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customer programs from start to finish
  • Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding program status, timelines, and requirements
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to support successful program execution
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, priorities, risks, and customer deliverables
  • Assist with proposals, customer requirements, and contract-related items
  • Track program performance and help resolve issues that may affect delivery, quality, or customer satisfaction
  • Support process improvements and corrective action activities when needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience in electronics manufacturing
  • PCBA / electronic assembly manufacturing experience required
  • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing programs preferred
  • Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD requirements
  • Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and DFAR standards
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems and project management tools
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements
  • Local candidates only; relocation assistance is not available
Preferred
  • Experience with PCB/PCBA assembly and ESD procedures
  • Contract manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • PMP certification preferred
