8hr-1st Shift (United States of America)Because the HR function is constantly evolving, we are looking for a dynamic HR Intern (Master's student and/or PhD track) in our Atlanta office to support key business initiatives. The intern will report directly to the VP of Talent and Development and should be eager to learn and make an impact.Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities
The experience is designed to provide opportunities to work directly with the HR team on the following potential projects:
• Performance Management
• Human Resource Analytics
• Assistance with HRIS Implementation
• Engagement Survey Rollout/Action Planning

The skills you develop from this internship will serve you well in the rest of your HR education, as well as in your professional life.
  • Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
Qualifications
Enrolled in an Industrial Organizational Psychology Master's Degree or PhD program.
GPA minimum of 3.0 is required.
Must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks, though 12 weeks is preferred (May-August)
Strong candidates will also exhibit sound leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Targeted Pay Rate:
$23.50
