Job description

A Southern California manufacturer supporting aerospace and defense programs is hiring a Final Inspector with direct bare board PCB inspection experience. This role focuses on final visual inspection of printed circuit boards to confirm compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform final visual inspection of bare board PCBs after completion of all manufacturing processes
  • Review travelers and standard operating procedures to confirm lot numbers, panel quantities, and completion of prior operations
  • Inspect holes, thickness, markings, and conductive patterns using inspection equipment
  • Verify products meet order specifications and quality standards
  • Identify defects or non-conformances and report findings to the team lead
  • Stamp and date travelers and inspection documentation
  • Support additional inspection or quality tasks as required
 

Requirements
  • Direct experience performing final inspection of PCB bare boards
  • Knowledge of flex and rigid-flex printed circuits
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as:
    • IPC-6012
    • IPC-6013
    • IPC-610
    • J-STD
    • MIL-STD P-55110, P-50884, P-31032
  • Ability to identify PCB defects during visual inspection
  • Ability to read travelers, blueprints, SOPs, and technical documentation in English
  • Willingness to work overtime when production requires

Schedule:
  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
  • Overtime and Weekends as required 

California Pay Range
$18 - $25 USD
