Job Title: Inside Sales

Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 (DOE)
*After the initial probationary period, hybrid work may be introduced based on job proficiency, with up to 2 days of remote work per week.*
Company Overview:
Growing Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing company with approximately 10 employees, including expatriate staff. Our internal working language is English, and we operate in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to support our field sales team. This role will be responsible for managing communication with customers, confirming product specifications, and maintaining existing accounts.
The position is primarily focused on existing customer relationships, with limited involvement in new business development.
Cold calling is not required. New account support will be conducted jointly with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to the field sales team
Communicate with customers regarding product specifications and requirements
Manage and maintain existing customer accounts
Support sales team in handling new accounts (no solo cold calling)
Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Prior office work experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to team dynamics
Experience in a Japanese company is a plus
Sales experience is a plus but not required
Language Requirements:
English: Required
Japanese: Preferred but not required (helpful for communication with Japan headquarters when needed)
